- Review Specification, Schedules and Drawings.
- Manual Take off of pipe work services.
- Impute take offs into our Estimating Software.
- Send out for Supplier & Sub-contractors Quotes.
- Compare and review Supplier & Sub-contractors Quotes for our client’s decision on selection.
- Advise on better buying.
- Input of client labour rate, overhead & profit margin percentages.
- Produce reports as required i.e. QSOR, Estimate prints etc.
- We will also produce a set of Clarifications for the submission of the tender.
